Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:
Working with client to understand their workforce planning needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions to discuss and demonstrate the product features and configurations.
Conduct workforce analysis including current skills assessment and future competency needs.
Configure and implement Strategic Workforce Planning
Understand SWP integration needs and implement the same.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports tailored as per client needs.
Document and get timely sign-off on design, fit-gap, configuration documents.
Document test cases, conduct system testing, providing user training, and support UAT.
Effectively collaborate with Cognizant as well as the client to deliver successful solutions.
Integrating Oracle EPM with other systems like ERP, HCM, and third-party systems.
HCM to EPM SWP Integration
- Existing employees are managed in HCM, and actuals flow into EPM SWP
- Strategic workforce Planning in EPM
- Write back budget/plan data into HCM (if needed) Testing & Training:
Conducting system testing, providing user training, and offering ongoing support.
