Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Java Lead resource who also has good experience in Java Frontend and Backend development along with Kafka, DevOps, and OpenShift.
- Proficiency in Java 8 and above, with a deep understanding of Streams, Lambda expressions, and Concurrent programming.
- Very strong with min 5 years of hands on experience in Kafka, DevOps, and OpenShift is mandatory.
- Candidate should have strong development experience in Java and should have end-to-end project experience.
- Experience in writing manual GIT commands is Mandatory.
- Prior healthcare insurance experience is huge PLUS.
- Managing PHI data is HUGE PLUS.
- Previous experience in healthcare-related projects or domains is highly desirable.
- Strong Experience in automation and build tools like Maven, Ant and Gradle.
- Experience in building Kafka pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, Cloud formation templates, shells etc.
- In-depth experience in data structures, distributed systems and storages.
- In-depth experience with Messaging: Kafka
- Heavy exposure to Scala and Spark for big data processing and analytics.
- Implementing messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Strong Java development and Lead experience (70 % in Development and 30% in Managing the team)
- Experience with various source control tools like GIT (Manual Commands)
- Good to have experience in Splunk, and Dynatrace tools.(Optional)
- Experience in Agile Development lifecycle methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all system
- Configuring and managing software and optimizing processes through automation
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency.
- Ability to work in large, collaborate teams to achieve organizational goals.
