Job Details

We are looking for a Technical Integration Services Manager for a 7 month+ contract. This position will require this consultant to sit onsite in Baltimore 3 times per week.
The Technical Integration Service Manager oversees multiple projects with both on-site and off-shore teams. They oversee project health, manage the team and stakeholders, and lead efforts to improve program performance and customer experience. Key to the success in this role is an ability to work across teams, both internally and externally and align solutions toward customer needs.
  • Experience managing large enterprise projects (onsite-offshore up to 50 employees).
  • Experience with driving project health and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing technical teams and understanding source code management, design principals, service based architecture. Ability to provide solutions for scalability of projects. A suitable candidate is expected to demonstrate initiative in addressing problems and finding solutions.
  • Technical expertise: Will not be hands on coding, but need to have experience with Mulesoft, background in coding Java(JavaScript). Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies. Ideal candidate comes from a technical background and has moved into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective service strategies and operational policies to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Assisting release management processes, serving as a key liaison between development and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
  • Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain service quality and accountability.
  • Working on application integration projects, MuleSoft, contributing to seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
  • Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (e.g., burndown charts)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years in technical integration roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position
Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)
Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus
Hands-on experience in system integration, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps methodologies, and industry-standard development best practices.
Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
