Position Responsibilities
- Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com.
- Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
- Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. SQL a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
