The Scrum Master candidate is expected to be adept and effective in fostering an effective and productive environment for the assigned scrum teams by guiding teams to adapt Agile values, manage teams impediments, and coach team members. Needs to possess in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum methodology, and proven success working with scrum teams, serving as a key resource to ensure overall team success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems
  • Scrum Master Certification and 3+ years of experience working with Agile scrum teams as a Scrum Master
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence required; Miro experienced preferred
  • Experience with complex, mission critical system design, along with evaluating and proposing alternative software designs
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion, be attentive to details, and be well organized
  • Banking and payments experience, especially knowledge of SWIFT, FED, CHIPS or ACH

*Hybrid work Schedule. Employees in this position will report to the office 3 days per week. Occasional travel may be required. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
