Requirements
Proven experience in Tier 3 support or a senior technical role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10 and Microsoft Entra.
Proficiency in managing Active Directory and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
