Senior Tanium Administrator

Note: Open to fully REMOTE candidates. must be authorized and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C corp to corp or 1099.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Tanium Enterprise Endpoint Management tool.

Looking for Tanium Patch and Tanium Deploy module

Strong Patch Management and Troubleshooting skills.

Identify why Tanium tool is not remediating vulnerabilities in software. Able to dig deep in to tools within tanium to understand root cause analysis RCA and determine if its a tanium issue, or an OS level issue, also find and implement a solution that can be resolved. Work with teams to investigate solution and RCA and provide solution.

Documents lessons learned and improve and enhance tool.

Patch Failure due to OS corrections, WMI and application corrections and remnants left on devices, candidates - need to do troubleshooting, know OS, search registry, like desktop support candidate (more advanced desktop person 3rd level dig deep in to OS etc.)

Tanium for deployment of software for security updates - will not be touching vulnerabilities and scanning. We will provide vulnerabilities to investigate, troubleshoot solution and resolve. Will remote in to desktop.
Endpoints: Windows 10, Windows server, primary Windows 10 workstations.
Remediating Patching
Have 10-15 vulnerabilities software deployments.
