Overview

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive both the strategic adoption and technical delivery of enterprise-scale AI initiatives. This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with enterprise transformation responsibilities, leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure Foundry, and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) expertise to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy in partnership with business and IT leaders.
• Establish and scale the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), creating governance frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Guide organizational adoption of Microsoft Copilot experiences within Microsoft 365 and Dynamics ecosystems.
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with security, ethics, and regulatory standards.

Technical Delivery & Engineering Leadership

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Azure Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks.
• Extend and customize Copilot by integrating enterprise data, workflows, and business logic.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
• Collaborate with data engineering and security teams to ensure robust, production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience:

o          8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

o          Proven track record of enterprise AI adoption and CoE leadership.

o          Strong hands-on expertise in Azure AI services, Foundry, Databricks, and Microsoft Copilot integration.

Skills:

o          Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages.

o          Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.

o          Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
