Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Healthcare)
Location: Onsite Nashville, TN (No Flexibility) Work Hours: Monday Friday, 40 hours/week (8 AM 5 PM)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is 100% onsite and requires candidates to be fully relocated before their start date. For candidates relocating, an in-person follow-up interview may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and drive business processes.
- Work with Visio and Excel to create process maps and data reports.
- Ensure alignment between IT capabilities and business needs, with a focus on healthcare-related projects.
- Review and provide feedback on test plans, project plans, and design documents to ensure successful implementation.
- Support teams in Medicare/Medicaid-related initiatives and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT Business Analysis within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of business processes, industry standards, and IT impact within an organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business and technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Scaled Agile Certification.
- CBAP certification or a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in Business Analysis.
Note: Candidates with a Life Insurance background have struggled in this role, so preference will be given to those with direct healthcare industry experience.
