Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our dynamic team in Hauppauge, New York. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and related technologies to design, develop, and maintain solutions that support critical business processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to innovative projects, and drive impactful improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop customizations, integrations, and reports for the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system to address business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal performance of applications.
Conduct thorough testing of modifications and maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes.
Support data migration and integration efforts between SyteLine and other enterprise systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and improve system capabilities.
Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to the establishment of best practices and development standards.
Work closely with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Assist in planning and executing system testing, including regression testing and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software or systems development, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing customizations and integrations for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.NET.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and sales processes, with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
Expertise in database design, stored procedure development, and performance optimization.
Experience creating reports using SSRS, SQL, and Crystal Reports.
Familiarity with web-based application development using ASP.NET, APIs, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and time management abilities.
