The individual will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting invoice issues, managing user access, coordinating with GEP and Oracle support teams, and training end-users and suppliers during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary administrator for the GEP SMART procurement platform.

  • Maintain system configuration, user roles, and access management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, IT) to streamline workflows and ensure system efficiency.
  • Manage supplier and user onboarding processes — including training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the GEP and Oracle technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for procurement users.
  • Analyze recurring system or data issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, particularly in invoice and procurement modules.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving system integration and transaction issues.
  • Experience in supplier onboarding and training.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, workflows, and reporting.
