Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAP IM/WM Analyst to support enterprise-level SAP implementations and provide functional expertise in Inventory Management and Warehouse Management. This role requires strong hands-on configuration experience and a solid understanding of business processes in a federal environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide SAP IM/WM expertise to define and confirm business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement and materials processes

Support SAP configuration, data migration, and functional integration across modules

Ensure seamless integration with modules like FI, CO, FM, SD, and MM

Create and maintain documentation: business process procedures, functional specs, process flows, and test cases

Deliver SAP application support including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of SAP experience

Strong expertise in:

Inbound, RF, Quality Inspection

Pack/Pass, Serial Number Management

Batch Management, Handling Units

Transportation/Shipping Management

Full SDLC experience in SAP implementations

Prior federal experience

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years SAP IM/WM experience

Experience with SAP EWM and integration with IM/WM

Knowledge of HazMat regulations and safety compliance in SAP

Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Experience with DoD/Navy ERP systems and IT architecture

Understanding of change management processes
