Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and optimize platform performance.
Maintain documentation for design, development, and implementation processes.
