Role Senior Data Migration Engineer (BMC Remedy to Jira Service Management)
Location- Austin, TX- Hybrid
Duration : 12+ months W2 contract / Full time
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the end-to-end data migration from BMC Remedy to Jira.
Analyze and extract data from Remedy s backend using SQL or API access.
Deep understanding of ITSM platforms (BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
Familiarity with Jira REST APIs, CSV Importer, and Jira cloud/on-prem administration
