Job Title: IBM FileNet P8 Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Rate: $42/hr
Client: IBM / AT&T
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SME with expert-level knowledge in IBM FileNet P8 and related ECM technologies. This role involves platform setup, configuration, upgrades, customer onboarding, and administration of supporting tools such as WebSphere, ICC, Case Manager, and Datacap.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8
- Deep understanding of IBM ECM Suite including ICC, Case Manager, CCN, Datacap, and KOFAX
- Expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and in-place upgrades
- Strong background in WebSphere administration and security remediation
- Experience with Data Router setup and secure FTP configurations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
