Role: Support Project Manager RPA & Intelligent Automation
Location: (Sunnyvale, US) [ 12+ Yoe]
Position: ONLY W2
Role Summary:
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and support activities across RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Acts as the central point of coordination between business users, automation teams, and IT support.
- Ensures timely resolution of issues, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support lifecycle for deployed automation solutions, including incident tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, SLAs, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor system health, bot performance, and ensure compliance with support standards.
- Facilitate periodic reviews with stakeholders to assess support metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in managing support operations for RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and SLA management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with automation lifecycle, bot orchestration, and exception handling.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
