Extensive knowledge as an Automotive Technician on Audi/VW vehicles

Work Flexibility: Physical requirements, travel requirements, work schedule, etc.
Work schedule based on business requirements (min. 40 hours / week) including occasional Saturday or occasional overtime, core work hours 7AM 4PM
Occasional domestic travel required for business & training and possibly to international locations
Often driving a motor vehicle, incl. performance class, special training required
Commonly sit at a desk or table
Frequent walk, stand, or stop. Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Role Summary: Brief summary which describes nature and level of work
This role supports all Test Fleet Activities as needed determined by Management or Station Coordinator.

Role Responsibilities: List essential functions in order of importance; include percentage of time spent performing each function (total should equal 100%)
Main responsibility assign 90% of time spent

Perform detailed and thorough inspections and repair of all test vehicles
Perform SW and HW updates including reporting systems with guidance from Sr. Technicians
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of test vehicles as defined
Provide full vehicle support for entire concern test vehicles as requested
Assist in maintain workshop tool, tire, and service part inventory
Provide technical support for visiting test groups
Install, remove and maintain data logging equipment for information gathering from vehicles
Inspection of assigned vehicles
Receiving of parts from Germany and other stations
Sampling and collection of fluids with full documentation
Maintain and update engineering tools such as iDEX, Diagra, ODIS, and CP Tool with guidance from Sr. Technicians
Prepare vehicles for scrapping
Prepare vehicles for rotation for external drivers

Additional responsibilities assign 10% of time
Safety and cleanliness of work area is mandatory and common areas
Provide overall support for tasks unrelated to vehicle testing for department operations
Support of test driver needs and questions before and after shifts
