Description

We are looking for a success-driven entry-level ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in enterprise IT service management. As part of the team, you will contribute to creating and maintaining ServiceNow applications that enable efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting ServiceNow modules to ensure quality and reliability.
Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet evolving business demands.
Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices to enhance development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge of web development, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
