Job Title: Network Validation Engineer
Location: Remote from anywhere in the USA
Duration: 12 months to start with possibility to renew
Job Description
- Debug and automate deployment problems typically found in aggregate systems built from multiple vendors like, HPE, Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Palo Alto, Thales etc.
- Hardware validation of the GDC Systems.
- Working closely with System Integrators and our partner teams to build, troubleshoot and mitigate issues using tools to reduce resolution time.
- Understand requirements and automate routine tasks to reduce toiling.
Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be productive during production outages if they occur.
- Proficient in Python / Golang and shell scripting. (Required - Python, Golang.)
- Linux system administration skills.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with container orchestration environments preferably Kubernetes.
- Experience in provisioning, managing, monitoring environments and workloads in the private and public cloud.
- Knowledge of Helm charts to deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes clusters.
