Preferred Skills:
Strong experience creating wireframes, mockups, and process flows
Expertise with Balsamiq or similar tools
Demonstrated skill in mockup-driven collaboration
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams
Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Bonus: Familiarity with accounting systems or workflows

Client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team, with strong UX instincts and rapid prototyping skills to support our internal software applications. This is a hands-on role centered on gathering requirements, leading stakeholder discovery, and creating wireframes and mockups that accelerate product iteration

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders
Create mockups and wireframes using Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or similar tools
Translate complex workflows into testable, clear user stories
Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations
Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications
Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents
Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience
Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.
Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Convey complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences, fostering clarity and understanding
Display a keen eye for detail, strategically applying it where necessary to ensure precision and accuracy in all endeavors
Embrace a critical thinking mindset, unafraid to pose questions and explore uncertain answers, driving continuous improvement and innovation
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of independently identifying and resolving challenges. Exhibit curiosity, share solutions and insights collaboratively to benefit the team
