Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for Senior sales professionals with a successful history selling ERP, EPM, AppDev, and integration services to the enterprise market based in the USA.

This is a hunters role focused on new business acquisition with existing and new clients. Our client profile includes market leaders in life sciences, food distribution and consumer products industries and could include any enterprise business with Program/Project Management, AppDev, modernization or support needs. We are expert in the full cycle business paradigm with distinct strategy, execution-implementation and support skills all backed by our world class global delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have held a sales professional/hunters role at an IT Consulting company focused on SAP-S4, cloud, and digital services (data & analytics, reporting and infra). If you're a sales professional that has been frustrated by big company bureaucracy, or a small company's inability to deliver on your hard earned sales success, we want to speak with you immediately.

With Techwave, you ll be expected to:

 

  • Leverage leading-edge sales and marketing tools to research and confirm prospective Techwave opportunities
  • Connect with clients/prospects using in-person, digital (Teams), written and verbal communication.
  • Become a SME on specific client buying patterns and show competency working with our clients people, process & technology systems.
  • Take a consultative sales approach asking thorough and focused questions, guiding potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify leads and drive new opportunities
  • Work with internal legal and delivery teams to formulate bids, proposals and SOW's

Key Requirements for this Role:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with selling digital transformation, cloud, or managed services solutions or AMS solutions
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise or upper mid-market clients in the U.S.
  • Expertise in partner-led sales motions — including co-selling and GTM collaboration with SAP, Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), digital transformation frameworks, and modern application management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
