Position Title: Senior System/Infrastructure Engineer Google Cloud Platform & Kubernetes

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced System-Level Engineer with deep expertise in OS, kernel, and driver-level development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in system software engineering, coupled with cloud and automation technologies. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize system-level software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize system-level software, including OS, kernel, and driver-level components
- Develop and maintain device drivers and system modules, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to build, integrate, and scale system solutions
- Develop services and tools in Go (Golang) for system-level applications
- Implement and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and Anthos
- Automate system processes and infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Puppet
- Collaborate with hardware, embedded, and application teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues at the OS, kernel, and driver levels
- Ensure system-level security, reliability, and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in system-level engineering
- Strong expertise in OS internals, kernel development, and driver-level programming
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Anthos
- Strong knowledge of device driver development and debugging
- Proficiency with automation/configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong problem-solving skills in system-level debugging and optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
