About the Role:

We seek a skilled Dashboard Engineer to join our SAP Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, PowerBI, and AppDynamics to provide real-time monitoring and visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs) and system metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monitoring dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and AppDynamics.
  • Create custom visualizations to monitor KPIs and system metrics, ensuring real-time monitoring
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that fetch data from multiple sources and provide visualizations in various forms such as charts, reports, and dynamic graphics
  • Monitor the responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications from the end-user perspective
  • Provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities to ensure the physical and virtual server-based applications achieve peak performance
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to define requirements and deliver effective monitoring solutions.
  • Continuously improve dashboard designs and functionalities to enhance user experience and system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Dashboard Engineer or in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Splunk, Grafana, PowerBI, and AppDynamics.
  • Experience with data visualization and monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
