Role Description

This role exists in the Corporate Technology team, specifically in Enterprise Transformation Office IT. This team owns the development and business change software including Planview PPM, Jira Cloud/Jira Service Management, Rally, and Momentum. The team is looking for Jira admin/architect with experience administering and developing solutions related to Jira Cloud. Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst of Enterprise Transformation IT, you will work with the Transformation Office business and Agile practice team to define standardized Jira usage models to support our Scaled Agile process. In this role the admin/architect will provide the application owner and Transformation Office IT with recommendations on how to use/configure Jira and design/define reporting requirements and integrations as required. You will work closely with the Dev Ops production support team to support the application and migration of rally projects to Jira.
Responsibilities
Support Agile Practice team in designing migration plan from Rally to Jira
Support Transformation Office in designing and supporting Planview to Jira integration through Planview Hub
Support integration with Jira Software and Jira Service Management via API and marketplace add-ons
Automating manual platform management processes through scripting or programming
Coordinating enterprise-wide outreach and reporting efforts as part of platform governance responsibilities
Evaluate the use and integration of third-party add-ons
Develop training and documentation materials
Experience
Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex issues to provide comprehensive solutions
Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
Required Technical Expertise
Experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (specifically Jira Cloud, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation)
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience automating manual tasks
Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
Experience with large platform migration efforts
