Job Description
The Senior Analyst will provide support to advance security risk reduction across the Enterprise. This position will work closely with internal leaders and subject matter experts while interacting with other stakeholders across the Company to build visuals, dashboards and other products to support the security program. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your security and analytical skills working in a cross-functional, fast-paced and highly visible environment. The Senior Analyst should have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and proactive. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in a clear, concise and persuasive manner. The candidate is expected to develop critical analysis and validate forecasts. This role is hybrid, working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office 2–3 days per week currently. Occasionally, your presence to other Bay Area locations may be required.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Develop metrics, balanced scorecards, dashboards, performance analytics, and playbooks.
- Prepare complex data analysis from initial request to presenting data results.
- Provide insights into operational results and strategic advice to senior leadership as needed.
- Collaborate and maintain a strong working relationship with security teams, IT Risk and Compliance, and other cross-functional co-workers.
- Develop and update internal products and communicate clear and concise analytical insights.
- Gather data from different sources and understand the effectiveness and accuracy of the data extracts.
- Provide recommendations to enhance databases with new data sources and improved processes.
- Develop and assist with training business partners.
- Create effective presentation materials for leadership decision-making.
- Assist with the production of project and operating review materials.
- Conduct analysis on variances, forecasts and risk reduction trends.
- Monitor and report on operational, productivity, and efficiency metrics and scorecards.
- Collaborate with enterprise risk team to quantify and present risk reduction.
- Develop and maintain risk reduction playbooks, forms, standards, procedures, and program documentation.
- Prepare reports and conduct self-assessments.
Required Experience/Skills
- 4 years of job-related experience
- Manages complex data analysis projects from start to finish
- Designs data analysis to achieve business objectives and tailors communications to specific audiences
- Analyzes data using statistical tools to develop ad hoc reports, trends, and profiles
- Manages data extracts and ensures accuracy across operational analysis
- Creates complex automated data routines for accurate reporting and delivery
- Advanced knowledge of data processing and analysis techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint sites
- Excellent research and issue resolution skills
- Familiarity with analytical methods, dashboard development, and performance insights
- Ability to prioritize and multitask independently
- Experience applying business intelligence best practices and KPIs
- Comfortable making decisions and handling uncertainty
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Lean processes
