Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage data-driven strategies to enhance marketing performance and drive impactful business growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in analytics with strategic thinking to optimize multi-channel campaigns and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
Analyze complex datasets using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel to extract actionable insights.
Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models and predictive analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Build and manage dashboards for tracking advertising data from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for relationship-deepening strategies.
Support the integration of advanced analytics solutions, including automated reporting systems and data pipeline development.
Provide strategic recommendations based on customer lifecycle analysis and marketing mix modeling.
Ensure accurate data tagging and tracking to enable personalized member experiences.
Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics and marketing technologies to continually improve processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in digital analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
Strong background in data manipulation and reporting using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
Experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of attribution modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and deliver insights.
Effective communication skills to present complex data findings to diverse stakeholders.
