Position: Ruby on Rails with Healthcare (ROR)

Job Description:

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Hotwire, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services
• Knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications with an emphasis on clean, reliable, and maintainable code

• Write tests and participate in code reviews to help uphold code quality and support team standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in existing applications
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and technical documentation, and actively seek feedback to improve your skills
• Stay informed about new tools, frameworks, and development practices relevant to the Rails ecosystem
• Participate fully in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
