Hi Professionals,

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and optimize Databricks-based data platforms for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in existing data architecture and propose actionable improvements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to align data solutions with enterprise goals.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Conduct performance tuning of Spark jobs, cluster configurations, and resource utilization.
  • Support migration of legacy systems to Databricks and cloud-native platforms.
  • Mentor data engineers and contribute to architectural best practices.

Skills: -

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks optimization techniques (e.g., caching, partitioning, broadcast joins).
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Databricks Workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
