Job Description:

The SAP Integration Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

This role requires strong expertise in SAP integration technologies, hands-on experience with middleware tools, and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between SAP and third-party applications.
  • Define and maintain integration architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to define integration requirements and data flows.
  • Develop and manage integration interfaces using SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Oversee API management, message queues, and event-driven architectures for seamless data exchange.
  • Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with security policies.
  • Manage a team of integration developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
  • Prepare technical documentation, interface design specs, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 10 14 years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP integration roles.
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP modules with external systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Strong understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, and flat files.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
