Description

Robert Half is partnering with our client, a global leader in technology and digital innovation, in search of a Senior Program Manager to support a high-impact organization focused on transforming the delivery fleet into one of the largest out-of-home media channels in the world.

Location: New York, NY or Seattle, WA (onsite)

Duration: 8-month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $95-100/hour

Position Overview:

This role is a true program management position - responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, managing workback schedules, and ensuring operational readiness across large, complex programs. The ideal candidate is tenured, detail-oriented, and adept at connecting the dots between business, product, and operational teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end program delivery, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring alignment across operations, product, analytics, and business intelligence teams.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules (workback plans), tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to keep all stakeholders on course.
  • Lead weekly Go-to-Market (GTM) and readiness meetings, ensuring that deliverables are on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
  • Identify and escalate blockers or risks early, partnering with leadership to remove roadblocks and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitate business reviews and reporting, tracking progress against key performance indicators such as timelines, budgets, and team effort.
  • Support documentation and organizational efficiency initiatives, consolidating project and campaign documentation to prepare for AI-enabled automation and knowledge management.
  • Collaborate across global, high-level stakeholder groups, ensuring all partners are aligned on goals, expectations, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to process improvement and productivity initiatives, helping evolve how the team manages complex, cross-functional workstreams.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of program management experiencewithin large-scale, fast-moving organizations.
  • Proven success managingcross-functional and product-related programswith complex dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and high visibility.
  • Strong background inproduct launch readiness, operational delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability toown critical paths, anticipate risks, and maintain tight control over timelines and deliverables.
  • Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to new systems and processes.
  • Experience usingproject tracking toolssuch asSmartsheet, Asana, or comparable platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence across teams.
  • Previous experience working withinlarge enterprise or tech environments.
  • Bachelor's degreein Business, Operations, or a related field required.


Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience managinginternational or large-scale, multi-team projects.
  • Exposure tobudget management and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity withautomated workflows, documentation management, and AI-driven process improvements.
