About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UX/Customer Success Designer to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate combines creative design thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset to deliver seamless, engaging, and user-friendly product experiences. This role bridges UX design and Customer Success, focusing on improving user satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user interfaces that deliver intuitive and visually appealing experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align design solutions with business goals.
- Map out and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
- Develop onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and interactive tutorials to enhance product usability.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform UX decisions.
- Maintain brand and design system consistency across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Customer Experience Design.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (plus).
- Familiarity with Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Intercom) is preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience designing for SaaS, eCommerce, or web platforms.
- Background in customer journey mapping and UX analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
