Job Description:

This individual will be responsible to provide support for our Risk function. The role has the following responsibilities: research non-performing risk metrics, create actionable plans to bring metrics into performance, resolve issues, source data, prepare periodic reporting, recommend process change, and other duties for the entire EET organization.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication skills

3-5 years of experience

Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Strong Data Analytics skills including the ability to use data to provide end to end data analysis, trend analysis, and use data and analytics to recommend future strategy

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence and presentation skills Ability to coordinate and influence cross functional teams and routines.

Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a matrixed environment

Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently

Escalates risks with clear options for resolution

Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency and effectiveness

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience using RISE and GIS Dashboard
