TEKsystems is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Project Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract through TEKsystems

Full-Time | Expert Level | Company Issued Laptop
Overview:
This role supports wireless infrastructure projects by ensuring all regulatory documentation and compliance tasks are completed both pre- and post-construction, with accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Regulatory Approvals: Oversee all pre- and post-construction regulatory tasks to ensure wireless projects meet compliance standards and are properly documented.
  • Review and Validate Documentation: Analyze construction drawings, surveys, FAA/ASR filings, and environmental assessments (NEPA/TOCL/PAL) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with sub-market teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, finalize submissions, and maintain up-to-date project data.
  • Perform Technical Analyses: Conduct EME and RFE assessments using tools like IXUS and Atoll, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure proper signage and safety measures are in place.
  • Maintain Compliance Records: Upload all required documentation, track project status, and resubmit for approvals when necessary due to changes or expirations.

Required Skills

  • Regulatory compliance and audit experience
  • Strong attention to detail and document validation
  • Excellent communication skills (Slack used for team collaboration)

Experience Level

  • Expert - Prior experience in wireless regulatory compliance is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
