Job Details
Immediate opportunity for MS Dynamics AX Expert to join our team working as Solutions Engineers/ Architects to work with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, typically the F1000. They are responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of MS Dynamics AX services assisting customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience
Primary work includes:
- Standard Product Work Shops - Training
- In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
- Health Checks / Assessments
- Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
- Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
- Systems Performance Reviews
- Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management
Experience you need to excel in the role:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics AX engineer, architect, or similar role with expertise with all versions of Dynamics AX/F&O
- Architectural experience for Dynamics AX
- AX performance and tuning optimization, Dynamics AX +Migration, on-premise and cloud and Power Apps.
- Extensive experience with on-premises implementations and managing ERP software and third-party interfaces
- Work with team members to ensure alignment of the ERP system with business processes
- Customize ERP software to fulfill company requirements
- Knowledge of ERP software beyond Microsoft Dynamics AX (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Identify system problems and troubleshoot solutions
- Update system, applications, and functionalities as needed
- Train employees on the use of ERP tools and systems or delivering and/or authoring technical training
- Create and maintain system documentation and ERP process instructions
- Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure optimal functionality
- Strong understanding of performance tuning methodologies
