Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- 2-4+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, with a proven track record of driving site optimization and performance analysis.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using web analytics platforms, with a strong preference for expertise in Adobe Analytics. Experience with other analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is also valuable.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and domain-specific software to extract, interpret, and leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting for reporting and analysis.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics, user behavior, and conversion optimization strategies. Familiarity with the Retail industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to present analytics data clearly and effectively to business leaders at the Manager/Director level, translating technical data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A curious mindset with a problem-solving approach, using data to identify opportunities for continuous site and conversion optimization.
- Ability to lead A/B and multivariate test analysis, utilizing insights to influence site performance and conversion strategies.
- A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations that impact the customer experience and conversion rates.
- Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
