SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design products, machinery, implement improved ways to extract, process, and use raw materials.
- Analyze the impact of the products developed or the systems designed on the environment and on the people using them.
- Test, produce or maintain by supervising production in factories, determining the causes of breakdowns, and the testing of manufactured products to maintain quality.
EXPERIENCE:
- No professional experience required however submarine communications experience highly desired.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Information Assurance Management (IAM) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level I (position-based) per DoD 8750.1M.
