Locations: Omaha, NE / Alpharetta, GA / Frisco, TX / Berkeley Heights, NJ
Duration: 12 Months plus contract

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong Quadient Inspire experience to support customer communication and output management projects. The role involves template development, workflow automation, and integrating CCM solutions with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance Quadient Inspire templates

  • Work with Ricoh Process Director (RPD) for output workflows

  • Perform data mapping, schema creation, and automation scripting

  • Create CCM templates with sorting, grouping, barcodes, bundling, and encryption

  • Update communications for bulk, on-demand, and individual needs

  • Integrate CCM with enterprise and print systems

  • Support SDLC activities: design, coding, unit testing, and application support

Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years of Quadient Inspire development

  • Experience in Customer Communication Management / Output Management

  • Hands-on with Ricoh Process Director (RPD)

  • 7 10 years total IT experience

Nice to Have

  • Finance/insurance domain background

  • Agile experience
