The Data Analyst will be supporting the HR open enrollment go-live and will also support hypercare, production support, and enhancement efforts.
- This role requires familiarity with HR data, preferably working with PII/401k data.
- The analyst must be able to write SQL queries to answer typical business and reporting questions, as well as pull and combine data for analysis without heavy reliance on others.
- The role involves working with sensitive HR and payroll data that drives health, wellness, and 401k information.
- The team consists of roughly 10 people, and the analyst will have direct access to team members who can answer questions related to proprietary systems. This is a collaborative team environment.
- We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, flexibility in fluid environments, and a collaborative approach.
