REQ :4 Senior DB2 LUW DBA - days_onsite
JOB DETAILS:
Onsite DB2 DBA 5 days a week @ client location Waukegan, Illinois
Experience required 12+ yrs
Handon Technical 12+ Years of experience in DB2 DBA with Replication
Strong demonstrate technical Experience on HADR and performance tuning.
DB2 LUW architectural fundamentals.
- Expertise in Database Installation and Configuration:
Installing and configuring Db2 LUW ( (Linux/Unix/Windows platform) database software on servers.
- Proficiency in performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management and troubleshooting
- Experience in database design, patch and version management.
- Knowledge in capacity Planning, documentation, collaboration, automation monitoring, compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure.
- Provides status report updates to managers
