Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on development experience and a solid functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and integration with ADP systems.
This is a remote role focused primarily on the development of HCM integrations, collaborating directly with business users and technical teams to document, build, and support mission-critical integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP.
• Develop and enhance:
• HCM Extracts
• BIP Extracts
• Fast Formulas (for validations and transformations)
• OTBI / BI Publisher Reports
• Work closely with business users to:
• Document integration requirements
• Map data fields between Oracle HCM and ADP systems
• Define secure methods for data transmission and retrieval.
• Evaluate and recommend the best integration methods (OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL) based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Prepare HDL data loads, including developing data validation fast formulas to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to support ongoing operations and new project initiatives.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure end-to-end data consistency across systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
2. Proven hands-on experience with:
3. HCM Extracts and BIP Reporting
4. Fast Formulas (Validation, Payroll, Benefits, HDL Transformations)
5. OTBI/BI Publisher custom report development
6. HDL (HCM Data Loader) integration and data preparation
7. Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
8. Solid experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with ADP platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, or GlobalView).
9. Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
10. Ability to work independently to document requirements, map data, and design integration strategies.
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with secured data transmission protocols (SFTP, encryption, etc.).
• Knowledge of ADP API frameworks and file-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM security models for secure data extracts.
