Job Title: Manual Tester

Location: Tulsa, OK, US

Type: 6 Months Contract to Start

Context And Responsibilities of the Role:

This document details the responsibilities and expectations for Manual Tester to work at client location Tulsa with energy domain knowledge and background. It explains the role s area of coverage, the necessary skills and experience required, the activities the individual will be anticipated to perform, and where applicable, the deliverables expected.

Role Essential Responsibilities:

• 6+ years' experience of manual testing with energy domain.
• Sound knowledge on Agile methodologies and software testing life cycle model.
• Automation exposure with skill set of Cypress & Java Script considered to be add-on.
• Ability to manage testing team at offshore and monitor the work in both functional & automation.
• Strong experience on creating and executing sanity / functional / integration / regression test scenarios.
• Should work closely with client and understand the expectations.
• Co-ordinate offshore team and client, ensure there is no gap in understanding.
• Ability to generate and create reporting dashboard.
• Schedule defect triage call to discuss on defects and any other issues. To be proactive in getting them for closure.
• Publish regular status with client.
• Identify and raise risk (if any), also should propose the mitigation plans.
• Ensures quality delivery from testing team.
• Should processes excellent communication and articulation skills.
