Role: React. JS Developer || W2 only
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months+
Front-End Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to own and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and evolving the presentation layer of modern web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the presentation layer and UI development end-to-end
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable front-end components
- Manage UI state and data flow effectively
- Collaborate proactively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to unblock work and ensure timely delivery
- Work comfortably with existing interfaces while also building new experiences from the ground up
- Follow and contribute to established design systems and component libraries
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in React, including both class components and functional components
- Advanced state management experience with Redux, including:
- Middleware
- Redux Sagas
- Redux Thunks
- Deep proficiency in SASS (critical for this role)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end best practices
- Experience managing and organizing UI codebases independently
Collaboration & Work Style
- Highly proactive communicator who actively reaches out to all relevant stakeholders to resolve blockers quickly
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shared ownership
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills
- Experience with React Native (or bonus: React Native Web)
- Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems
- Experience developing reusable component libraries
- Exposure to both web and mobile front-end development
