Seeking a Business Analyst with deep experience in healthcare systems to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for healthcare IT applications.
Seeking a Business Analyst with deep experience in healthcare systems to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for healthcare IT applications.
Required Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a BA in healthcare (payer/provider) environments
Strong understanding of claims processing, EDI, eligibility, and enrollment
Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and business process models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to perform gap analysis and root cause analysis
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Visio, and Confluence
Exposure to FHIR and HL7 standar
