This role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving the successful delivery of Technology Service Center initiatives. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner (Senior) to support our IT Service Center operations. This role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving the successful delivery of Technology Service Center initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement, paired with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and prioritize the Service Center product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Service Center team, ensuring requirements are captured and integrated into service delivery.
- Collaborate on developing and communicating the vision and strategy for the Service Center, aligning with business goals.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Write and refine user stories for IT service management, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, guiding the Service Center team toward successful outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics and feedback, leveraging data to drive service improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure services are delivered on time and according to requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting the delivery of Technology Service Center initiatives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's or relevant certifications such as ITIL, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or SAFe Framework preferred).
- 5+ years of experiencein IT Service Management, Product Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managingService Center operationsor similar IT service initiatives.
- Strong knowledge ofITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with tools such asServiceNow, ServiceNow SAFe module, and Genesys Cloudis highly desirable.
- Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to makedata-driven decisions.
- Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strongleadership skillsto guide and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Acustomer-focused mindset, ensuring technology services meet or exceed expectations.
