Develop, design, architect, implement software solutions with object-oriented technologies, scripts, role-based and tribute-based access control mechanisms, identity providers, SSO solutions, tokens, interactive UI, queries, cache mechanism, modules. Review authentication and authorization frameworks, PKI, digital certifications, security, encryption, secure data transmission protocols, database interactions, messaging systems, API rate limiting and caching, code, pipelines, frontend performance tuning, infrastructure configurations, compliance, requirements. Perform automated, unit, integration, regression, and functional testing. Produce reports in custom format, build adapter layer modules, create UI to maintain rules. Troubleshoot problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing scripts, SSO solutions; reviewing authentication and authorization frameworks, security, code, performance tuning, requirements; performing unit, integration testing; using Java, Spring, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JDBC, JSP, Unix, Linux, Shell, Oracle. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150/yr.
