REMOTE ROLE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (Must reside within 1.5 hours or 60 miles of Mason, OH)
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides high-quality, multi-channel support to Luxottica customers via phone, chat, email, social media, and U.S. mail. The role focuses on problem resolution, customer satisfaction, and supporting business objectives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and support via various channels.
Resolve customer issues using tools, judgment, and store/field partnerships.
Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to team goals.
Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Use courteous and professional communication.
Create win-win outcomes in customer interactions.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math ability
Customer service focus
Intermediate computer proficiency (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, internet browsing)
Ability to resolve customer concerns on the first contact
Strong English comprehension and grammar
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in phone-based or in-person customer service
Luxottica Retail/field experience a plus
Remote Work Requirements:
Must be within driving distance to Mason, OH to pick up and return equipment
Smartphone required for secure authentication (MFA app)
Workspace must be quiet and distraction-free
Internet Requirements:
Minimum 10 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload speed
Wired (ethernet) connection required wireless not permitted
Workstation must be near a wired internet port (6 ft ethernet cable provided)
Equipment Provided:
CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, power cord, monitor adapter, 6 ft ethernet cable
Must pick up from Mason, OH and return all items in good condition within a week of contract end
