Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage moves, adds, and changes telephony services.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and upgrade telephone infrastructure and equipment.
- Lead incident and problem resolution for telephony issues via ServiceNow.
- Conduct site surveys and design field telephony infrastructure.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for telephony processes.
- Train users on new phone features.
- Assist with computer network field infrastructure as needed.
