Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage moves, adds, and changes telephony services.
  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and upgrade telephone infrastructure and equipment.
  • Lead incident and problem resolution for telephony issues via ServiceNow.
  • Conduct site surveys and design field telephony infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for telephony processes.
  • Train users on new phone features.
  • Assist with computer network field infrastructure as needed.
