Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a robust IT background, committed to steering high-visibility projects to success. While this position is remote, candidates must be available to be onsite at the client location upon request and should reside within a 70-mile radius. The role is ideal for those who excel in coordinating across multiple stakeholders and aligning projects with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, high-impact projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder organizations.
  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project schedules with multiple critical paths.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage project risks effectively.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Facilitate meetings and status updates for executive and program leadership.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive solutions to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, scope, and state government requirements.
  • Track, report, and communicate progress in a clear, consistent manner.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years experience in project management, with a significant background in IT.

Experience managing large, highly-visible enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.Required6Years
Experience overseeing multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion.   
Experience developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans.   
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.   
Experience coordinating and monitoring activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met   
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management.   
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.Required6Years

Experience compiling and presenting data that provides a detailed interpretation of what the data means.Required6Years
Familiarity with IT related development methodologies (DevOps)Required
