Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports for business insights.
- Build and manage data pipelines and lakehouses using Microsoft Fabric.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
- Create custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing to gather requirements and define KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers, including remote teams in India, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields.
- Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS, custom visuals).
- Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Synapse, Notebooks).
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including remote teams.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
