Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that help improve our products and business processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, data engineering, and model deployment, along with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

  • Build scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.

  • Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and convert them into AI solutions.

  • Deploy models into production using cloud-based services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) or on-prem infrastructure.

  • Perform model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

  • Research and implement new AI techniques and tools to improve performance and accuracy.

  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

  • Experience with building or integrating AI Agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, autonomous task orchestration, tool use, or agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning (CNN, RNN, Transformers), and NLP.

  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

  • Experience with data handling and ETL pipelines.

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI).

  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or prompt engineering.

  • Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.

  • Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Databricks).

  • Prior experience in AI-based product development.
